Fees Structure:

The fees for the candidates vary based on the group and whether they are regular or private candidates. Regular candidates in the Arts group without practical subjects need to pay a total of PKR 2,920 for 9th grade and PKR 3,040 for 10th grade. The processing fee remains consistent at PKR 500.

For private candidates, the fees are slightly higher, with the total for the 9th grade Arts group at PKR 3,040 and for the 10th grade at PKR 3,140.

Penalties for Late Submission:

Educational institutions submitting hard copies of regular candidates’ forms late will incur penalties. The first phase penalty is PKR 2,000, increasing to PKR 3,000 in the second phase.

1. Final Form Print: Candidates must ensure that all columns related to personal details, subjects, or group changes are correctly filled before printing the hard copy of the admission form. If a form has already been sent to the board and later a subject or group change is required, a new form must be printed and sent along with a covering letter. The responsibility for any errors will rest solely on the candidate or the institution.
2. Fee Submission: Forms submitted with outdated manual challans or receipts will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Medium of Examination: Candidates wishing to choose English as the medium for any subject must submit a request along with the hard copy of the admission form. Private candidates affiliated with other boards must send the original NOC (Migration Certificate) along with an attested copy of their result card. A verification fee of PKR 1,000 is required, and the original challan must be attached to the hard copy of the admission form.
